Weekly Mileage/Workouts

I did pretty well this week. I’m by no means “in shape” yet, but I definitely feel great after a week of running.

Total distance: ~8.12 miles (according to mapymyrun.com, without a Garmin or anything)

Shortest distance: 1.48 miles

Longest distance: 2.18 miles

Best pace: 12:09 min/mi

Worst pace: ~20 min/mi –Yeah, I’m glad I’m past that low point; I’m not completely huffing and puffing)

I also did a Zumba workout in my living room yesterday. It wasn’t bad for some cardio, but I can’t wait till my classes next week.

Goals for next week:

  • Zumba Monday through Thursday
  • Running as often as possible
